I really need some help with SEO (search engine optimization) thanks?

I watched tons of free advice, articles, online tips how to improve my ranks. So far i made a link exchange with some sites similar to mine, I made sure that the words appropriate key, I added titles and alt information. evidence, and I still I can not find my site in google search unless i royal domain.
